Terms and Conditions for Healthy Smile Dental’s Woolworths $50 Gift Card Competition
- There is one prize of a Woolworths $50 Gift Card on offer from each of our Healthy Smile Dental branches – Underwood and Calamvale.
- Open to Healthy Smile Dental patients and Brisbane residents aged 13 years and over, excluding employees and relatives of Healthy Smile Dental.
- Closing date for entries is 5:00pm (AEST) Queensland on 20 August 2018.
- Entrants must submit their answer to Healthy Smile Dental via Facebook Messenger.
- The winners will be chosen at random.
- The winners will be contacted via email or a Facebook messange, and announced via a Facebook post within 2-3 days of the closing date.
- The prize must be picked up from either the Underwood or Calamvale branch of Healthy Smile Dental. Please confirm a pick up time and date via phone. See our Contact Us page for contact details.
- Proof of ID may be requested at the time of pick up.
